Brandy Alexander Punch Drink Mix:
Ingredients: Makes approx. 1.5 litres.
Half cup brown sugar
2 eggs
half cup Brandy
Method:
Put sugar, eggs and cream into a large bowl, beat until light and frothy. Add Brandy and Creme De Cacao, beating continuously. Stir in milk.
Put ice cubes into long chilled glasses, pour over the punch and sprinkle with Nutmeg.
Makes approx. one and a half litres.
